Hi zebras, after some interesting work with two of my very knowledgeable physical therapists this week, I had a bit of a breakthrough. I found out what has been causing my left shoulder, collarbone, and lung to sublux for the past 10 years. Any guesses? It’s my left ankle and arch, both of which were subluxed. 😲 Years and years of L ankle sprains really took their toll. As soon as my manual therapist realigned my left ankle and foot bone, my lung immediately started to rotate back into place.
