Just did the Fascial Release class for the first time and it was lovely! I used some red spiky Franklin balls since I already had those. Definitely need to do that one more often. Especially the bit on the feet. 😍 I have to hide the balls though because my pup thinks I really should be letting him play with them. 🤣
