Hi guys! Question for the zebras with bad adhd/brainfog. I have awful pain and I know that I feel better with the exercises from PT and the zebra club but, I just find it so hard to stay on track. This morning I was doing one of the relaxing videos and it felt so great but I just got distracted and overwhelmed and quit half way even though I was enjoying it and it was helping? Do you guys have any suggestions to keep me on track with exercises? It’s just so exhausting trying to keep a schedule and staying focused during the videos even though they are so helpful.
