#mcas #hiatamine #pacing #rest I'd love to find a way to eat things at home that seem like a treat and are super super easy... Just ping or bung in the oven. My own cooking is good but it doesn't feel as fancy as something in a nice box or ordered in. It might seem silly but my own frozen food is either batches which I'm grateful for but are very 'everyday' ( ie kid friendly) or leftovers. I want something grown up and interesting, just for me! I'm having yet another swollen face reaction to a nice posh ready meal from Cook ( although my doc has given me steroids rescue pack so it's going down thankfully, just a little whizzy feeling atm lol 😵💫🤷🤸🤹) There are various readymade meals for different diets but iv yet to find a low histamine one. Anyone? I'm thinking perhaps when I move and have a big freezer again I'll do some DIY ones but focus on presentation more . I have some nice glass food boxes with bamboo lids from IKEA that may up the appeal. Anyone have any bright ideas?
