I woke up with a kink in my shoulder. Mobility is limited and it hurts most when i turn my head to the opposite side or reach forward. Seems like trapezius? Anyway I want to exercise but I don’t want to cause any further strain, so I’m not sure which videos would be most appropriate. Suggestions? Also is there anything I should avoid?
