Starting from scratch again. I think I'm having a flare caused by multiple things, so I think it's best to hit reset and go from there. New plan: start with the meditation audios and just do those for a bit, and then I think I'm going to switch to Programs, but only do one or two non-mindfulness videos a week to start and see how that goes. I have a mental block when it comes to not finishing something, even when I know I need to, so that could be part of the reason I'm having a difficult time finding my baseline. But I know this reset is the best first step.
