Class selection... I try to listen to my body when picking classes. However, say one part of your body is currently worse than others. How often would you do classes related to that? If you do them repeatedly is it overly targeting that and potentially going to mess up full body balance? Is it best to still skip around and target a little of everything? I know many of the classes are whole body so not worried about those but more some of the pain management classes which are targeted to specific body regions. I try to do two to three classes a day so I have a bit of room to play around with different classes but not sure how much is too much to focus on one area.
