Question for everyone, but especially those with ME/CFS: How do you have good posture while in bed/semi upright? In the past few months I have made noticeable improvements and my shoulders are (mostly) back in place - working on everything else slowly. I can try to have good posture for a few minutes, but fatigue sets in quickly, and I end up twisted in some horrid shape that certainly isn't good for me. I've tried pillows, but they go sliding. Has anyone figured this out? Are there any strategies you would suggest?
