So I've been practicing/teaching tai chi for around a decade, plus dealing with hypermobility, so I've been aware of my pelvis tipping forward and trying to unlearn/strengthen the behavior there for forever. No matter what, I seem to not be able to keep it in a neutral position! I'm okay with processes taking time, but is there ever going to be a day where I'm not constantly resettling my pelvis or should I just mark this as a For Life situation?
