Hips... I get that weird hip clunk on both sides when raising or lowering my legs in certain positions. Is it likely that's from my hips being so weak? Is there a modification I should be doing or just keep going? It doesn't hurt really just an odd popping sensation but I haven't seen it addressed as far as modifications go. My previous PT said my hips being weak was causing me all kinds of problems. Anyone have favourite classes for addressing the hips? 🤔
