Hi! Woke up this morning with first bottom back rib subluxation. Goodness that hurts. Anyway I did videos suggested and some rest, some walking. Much better now as muscles are calming down, but it isn't back in yet. I was just wondering if I should prioritise moving about or resting, to best help this? I'm able to move a bit now (wasn't possible earlier today). Thanks 😊
