I made great progress during my first year with TZC and slowly built up to doing 3 classes a day comfortably. But during the last 4 months I’ve experienced a rapid progressive decline in my physical strength and functional ability despite doing all the ‘right’ things and respecting my body. The only classes I can now do safely without injury are the meditation audios! It’s all very frustrating and demoralising after the progress I had made, especially when there is no logical reason. I’m not looking for medical advice, just wondered how you stay motivated when you do all the right things and continue to get progressively worse?
