Hello, I have been doing multiple videos and really enjoying them! But I’m having problems with the bridge pose, I either feel it it in my lower back or my knees (usually one or the other) she gives the que to press into the ground with your feet but I’m still bracing. Does anyone have any advice on improving this? 🙂
