Lying down, shoulders heavy? So, when I lie down on my back, my mid back to my shoulder blades can be heavy but my shoulders themselves really do not rest on the mat. They're sort of forward. I can shift and put my shoulders on the mat but it flares my ribs. Or I can roll my shoulder blades further down my back and achieve shoulders heavy without the rib flare but it doesn't feel like a natural position to be in. How do I know what is the proper one to be working from? I feel like I've started to get the pelvis heavy down nicely and it is comfortable but the shoulders are just all over the place. ππ
