I love this quote from @Jeannie Di Bon on a recent post: “I hate to tell people not to do what they love so I won’t do that . . . see how you get on with the classes. Stabilise, strengthen, relax. I’ve seen people return to all kinds of sports once they are in a better place.” What have you been able to get back to, or hope to return to?
