Hello everyone. I am suffering an awful flare up in my hip flexors and pelvis from walking on too many inclines and declines. I dont know what to do for the best? Its almost impossible to avoid this where I am living at the moment in Italy. I am trying to rest but I still have to climb stairs in the house which are steep. Should I do gentle isometrics ? or will this aggravate further? I have been doing my usual morning wake up which feels ok . Usually I can find relief from doing classes and the isometrics have helped me so much before. Any advice will be appreciated as I am so stressed about the situation . Thankyou
