Winged scapula? πŸ˜… So, I've noticed when I do the foam roller class that my right shoulder feels very different than my left and today I realised it is because my right shoulder blade is winging when I'm on the roller. It does it other times too but it hadn't occured to me that's what was happening on the roller. My left doesn't do it nearly as much. Is there a way to fix that during class or is it just working on strengthening? What classes would you work on for winged scapula? πŸ™ˆ
