Hello Zebras! I have been working my exercises and trying to understand not bracing and releasing tension but what happens when you start lifting heavy weights,squatting with weights or doing hip thrust with weights. When resistance gets higher is it okay to do things a little different? I’m slowly learning more so I may be getting something wrong. I would love to hear yalls thoughts 😊
