I am undertaking PT exercises to strengthen leg muscles to support ankle and knee joints. I have a remedial massage every 2 weeks as my muscles feel tight. I wondered today for the first time whether massage is a good idea as its purpose is to release muscle tension and I need to keep my muscles strong to protect my joints. I’m really not sure? Appreciate your thoughts and experience with massage and hypermobility.
