Just discovered the'how do I do that class'. It's been really really useful. I'm now trying to remember to follow the tips everything time I lift something, sit down , stretch up etc. I keep falling back into old habits but with time I will get there..... It would be great to have more tips for specific activities like gardening (I struggle with jobs that need lots of bending like weeding), house work, and cycling (Aiming to try and get back on my bike sometime soon).
