Hi Everyone - hoping for advice, having held myself in fight or flight for an extended period my piriformis keeps getting so tight it is very painful to sit. Physio has advised tennis ball massage to release. But Dr Russek says in her exercise presentation that this relief is only short lived and to remedy we need to a) improve motor control b) get the correct muscles to activate so that piriformis doesn't do the wrong job. Hoping for advice on best classes for motor control in this area and best classes to get correct muscles activating. And how do i know when to move from step a onto step b? Thank you - so appreciative for all the advice given on here
