Hi 🦓🦓! After a 6 month wait I finally had my first #acupuncture session, which might even get covered by my insurance. The doctor was very nice, listened to my issues, took note of TZC, and proceeded to treat some of the main issue with 38 needles. I wasn't feeling great when I went in, so I was expecting a tired, crappy day, but after several hours passed my body started to flare up on the sides that are normally worse and I wonder if it's complaining about the treatment. I mainly sat in bed, listened to the meditations on the app and just took a naproxen, so I haven't done anything extra to cause this. Do you get a flare or any discomfort after treatment? Thank you!
