Anyone get the shakes after doing a class? I did sit fit class this morning and after it finished my hands/arms and legs were shaking. It was not painful, nothing was painful during class, my muscles don't feel strained or overworked. I'm wondering if it is because of the balance aspects firing my muscles in a way they're not used to. Or maybe I overstimulated my nervous system. 🤔 I'm not sure if I should stop doing that class or if I should do it MORE so my body gets used to it. I remember having the same thing happen the last time I did the sit fit class. The shaking lasted for about an hour after class. Any thoughts?
