So I'm recently diagnosed, so I'm still learning. For years, I have complained to Dr's that the arm I'm not laying on keeps falling asleep. Now, as I'm learning my body, I figured out that my shoulders roll inward constantly, and as I sleep, I am guessing things get cut off, causing the numbness. Does anyone have this problem and had anyone worn a posture corrector, and does it help as you relearn how to hold yourself properly? Ugh, and should I wear it in the day as well?
