So.. I've been plugging away at my exercises. My shoulder is suddenly weaker?!? I guess that makes sense if I've been using the wrong muscles, but it's doing everything from slumping forward and rotating inward. Maybe it's subluxed but if it is I can still move it back, it just won't stay. Muscles hurt terribly and I hope I'm not doing damage. Aside from rest and ice, is there anything I can do to keep it safe? I should also mention it's stormy which means my joints are looser than normal
