Hello everybody! It’s hard for me to complete every exercise fully because my neck (and maybe my shoulders?) can not handle being on all fours and doing the cat stuff/tail/looking at my tail exercises...I did them the other day because I’m trying to strengthen my pelvis but I think it may have made my neck feel a lot worse since...kind of frustrated because it makes it impossible to complete a lot of these exercises so I end up omitting some of that. Does anyone else go through this with their neck? Contemplating seeing my doctor.
