Hi everyone. I’m wanting to build up my walking. Currently I can just about manage 10 mins. I have terrible foot pain in my left foot. Podiatrist scanned and said Capsulitus as there is fluid around the joints. The thing is, I have fluid in both feet and only one causes me lots of pain. Most of my pain is left side (SI joint, hip, knee), Any suggestions on how to manage foot pain and build up strength? I’ve started doing the gait class but I get alot of pain afterwards. Any other classes for foot pain?
