If I have chronic tightness in the back of my legs, like it hurts to sit with my legs straight out in front of me unless my toes are pointed, can I do dynamic stretching daily to try to loosen them up? Just not static stretching? πŸ€” Or do I just need to leave them tight until I'm stronger? Like the one where you put your foot in the magic circle and move the sit bones to straighten the leg feels good and after that the backs of my legs hurt a bit less but I'm not sure if that's okay to do every day. I suspect the pain from straight legs is part of why I am only comfortable sitting cross legged but I suspect sitting cross legged is part of why the back of my legs are tight. πŸ™ˆ
