Does anyone have any insights on how to modify the exercises done on hands and knees if that position is problematic for you? My wrists are in terrible shape after multiple sprains on both sides, and my PT doesn't want me doing anything in tabletop position anymore. I can do cat and cow while seated, but I'd love any tips on how to modify some of the other common exercises Jeannie does. Thanks!
