Curious what exercises/movements you all do to help with POTS onset while sitting or standing? Especially during church worship or while standing for a while, I get fairly tired and sometimes lightheaded, along with elevated heart rate. So I’m curious what exercises you have found helpful that I can use in situations like that, that are effective, but not too distracting for others. I’ve been loving calf pumps!
