Is there anything I can do or wear to calm down or prevent #forearm pain that is on the top, near the crook of my elbow? The pain is especially bad on my mousing side. I am guessing that this is a deconditioning symptom, because it made its first appearance after I returned to desk work after last year's 7-month illness. I never had this issue before the illness, and I am careful to observe ergonomics and to take frequent breaks. Is there a class for this? Compression? Device? I use a vertical mouse and an ergo keyboard, although I feel that my arms need to be wider than my keyboard allows. Oh, I just found this video that shows my exact pain, and it is caused by hypermoble thumb and wrist. Surgery was done to address it on the patient.
