What plan do people have using the various programs? Should I pick one or two and do them every day? Or alternate days? Or should I do a different plan every day of the week? How often do I need to do the exercises? For example, if I choose to focus on the hips, do I need to do it every day to get results? I want to build a weekly structure to follow. I know if I try to just go with the flow each week depending how I feel, I won't do it at all.
