Question! Are we “supposed to” get sore from our workouts/classes? Like good sore? Pre EDS days I was super into body building and always was upset if my muscles weren’t sore the next day. Lol. Totally different mindset now! But just wondering if there’s zero soreness on something we’ve been doing for awhile, should we increase reps, or any weights, etc?
