Hi I've been doing a lot of the classes for the pelvis and lower back recently due to pain around SI joint and sciatica. Yesterday I did the sciatic pain class and was interested in the different instruction when doing the bridge to allow the pelvis to come down first rather than rolling through the spine / pelvis. I'm wondering if all the rolling in the pelvis and sacrum that I've been doing in the other classes is not so good for sciatica? Can anyone help, @jeanniedibon or others? Thanks!
