Can we talk reconditioning? I’m 52 now and thanks to you all, I now understand that it’s not that I’m a sloth despite striving to meet MET/step/activity/HR targets daily. My life makes it difficult to maintain routines over the long term — lots of adjustments to new situations all year long. So even when I think I’m doing my best and being active, I quickly find my body acting as weak if I’ve spent a lifetime being fanned and fed grapes on a divan. Thank you Zebras because now I know that I need to move everything every day in some way. Can’t just walk. Can’t just do some of the classes. Gotta pay attention to all of it all the time.
