I am feeling at sea with all the choices here - I am hEDS but fairly mobile and really need overall strengthening. I would love some suggestions for a well rounded set of classes to strengthen shoulders, hips, core, knees and feet (aka everything). I am seeing a practitioner for myofascial release, and practice relaxation. But strengthening apart from daily walks has me baffled. I love all that is on offer here, but could use some guidance.
