Hi all, my lower back or pelvis hurts a lot when I lie on the mat to exercise or on harder surfaces like "the bench/bed" at my physiotherapist. It hurts so much that I can hardly get up from the floor or the bench. It's not the same when lying in my soft bed. Besides this (or maybe this?) my pelvis tends to lock and stay locked for some time, and this maybe feels different. In the start of the year I had the beginning of a slipped disc in my lower back. I do unwind the pelvis and I have started riding my bike again after winter, illness and now an operation. Unwind the pelvis helps sometimes and bike riding helps almost always but only on the pain after I have been lying on the mat/bench. But next time I'm lying down it's the same. I don't know what's going on and I can't exercise on the mat (I exercise what I can in my bed or standing). If I do lie down I will be in pain for a couple af days not being able to bend over that much. My physiotherapist doesn't know what's happening either, she loosens my pelvis when it is stuck, and it doesn't help. Have any of you tried similar? @Jeannie Di Bon can you help, please? I have a doctor's appointment in 2 weeks, and I will talk to him about it also. Thank you ๐๐
