A joyous Tuesday to you all! Looking for suggestions on what kind of shoulder brace to get! I had a lapidus bunionectomy 2 weeks ago, so I have 6 more weeks of non weight bearing to go 🤦🏼‍♀️😭🤦🏼‍♀️. Right on schedule, I have been forced to entertain 2 unwelcome guests: excruciating bilateral shoulder pain, and bilateral thumb pain (I’m assuming from using the wheel and crutches). I have a PT consult in about a week. I had been doing the shoulder classes in the Zebra club leading up to the surgery, so the back of the armpit (lats) and upper back are fairly strong, thank God. The pain is inside the shoulder joint, and happens whenever I bring my arms away from center 😭. Thanks so much!!! ❤️
