Hello, I'm new here, this is my first post. I'm enjoying reading the posts & slowly trying classes as I'm able. I'm having a very bad pain day, not sure what caused my flare, but I've been on the couch most of the day. Forced myself to take my 2 yo for a mini-walk & found this.
