Hi Zebras, I’m so excited to have discovered this app however, I’m already incredibly discouraged because I can’t even do the first exercise in the Foundations/ Relaxation class. How will I learn to do it correctly, if there’s no one to ask or tell me what I’m doing wrong? It’s the exercise where you let your knees drop to the side and then inhale and it’s ‘supposed’ to bring your legs back up. I don’t want to skip the most fundamental steps in this process, but not sure how to figure them out. :/
