Anyone else struggle in the afternoon? I notice a very similar pattern most days between 2:30-3 I just want to lie down and potentially nap. I can then feel a bit more energetic or worse, then I am ok after dinner around 6pm onwards. Why is this? What can I do? I do tend to do my jeannie classes or admin and cleaning in the morning… i also try pace!! Thanks 💤
