Interesting exercise strategy for orthostatic intolerance— In spite of the gimmicky title, Im interested in how this guy thinks… basically finding the exact angle where the symptoms kick in and then exercising right below that. Gradually increasing the angle… And the exercises he’s talking about are mostly Brain exercises and sensory stimulation. I have a hospital bed so I could actually find the angle where I start to get symptoms. He actually tests eye movements and sensory issues at these different angles Thoughts?
