Hi all, a newbie here! I was just wondering how people deal with mornings and which of the exercises might help with raising energy levels. My partner leaves early and I get up and help with breakfasts etc. But when they leave at 7.30 I often take a cup of tea back to bed as I’m so exhausted and then before you know it I’ve been asleep and it’s 11am and I feel so awful for wasting the morning. It’s a vicious cycle. Does anyone have any tips for which exercises to do in a morning or other morning fatigue hacks! Many thanks! x
