Hello! In Dr. Russek's presentation about cervical instability she says that you have to learn isolated movement of the muscles of the cervical spine first. Does anybody know which muscles exactly need to be addressed? Which exercises do that (especially because she does not necessarily promote chin-tucks)? Are there any sources, videos, links e. g. where I can learn more about it? Thank you for your help.
