Posture when using PC - I can't tolerate any posture changing things (bodybraid, t-shirts, tilted seats etc), as they make my lower cervical instability worse and gives a lot of tension and headaches. However I'm struggling to keep my head in a good place, I push it forward without realising. I don't do this when on the sofa watching tv for example. How can I stop this habit? It causes flare ups and pain, but I need to be able to use my pc.
