Hello Zebras, I am experiencing new, rather unpleasant symptoms and would really appreciate your expert guidance. My elbows are becoming unstable and my left in particular is screaming if I put any impact on - like when I push up on a seat handle as I'm getting up. It isn't fully popping out, but it's jolly painful and then hurts for hours afterwards. My wrists and left thumb joint are also getting weaker and more unstable and I am having trouble holding my hot water bottle when filling it. What braces or supports would you recommend to prevent or at least reduce this happening? Any specific exercises to stop this from getting any worse?
