My physio has got me a TENS unit to try out, and I’m wondering if you have any recommendations? Dos and (especially) don’ts? How do I start? Anything, like very tight or sore muscles, to avoid? Lengths? It has both tens and tems, what do you recommend for what? (This was just sent directly to me so have gotten no recommendations from the physio)
