Looking for some class recs and ideas, now that it’s summer and I have time/motivation to do a couple a day. I’ve been seeing some people have classes they like together in combination, I’d love to hear of any that work for people! I might do some classes back to back, or just scattered throughout the day, depends. I’ve been pairing it with TV watching which helps me have somewhat of a routine. 🤷‍♀️ My nervous system is pretty sensitive right now, I thought it was better the last couple weeks but I’ve had a headache for a over day and just hurt my shoulder slicing pizza… oh joy. Anyways. Just looking for recommendations for both calming and strengthening classes so I can build up my #tissuetolerance before going off to college! 😄
