Has anyone dealt with shoulder bursitis? I got a cortisone shot a few weeks ago but my shoulder still hurts. Unfortunately I work at a computer all day. I believe that the reason I have bursitis is from using my mouse which I’m now working with my other hand. I’ve been taking ibuprofen. Any suggestions?
