Im curious whether any of you take anything to help with muscle tension. I want to talk to my doc about this and if others have found anything helpful that I haven’t tried yet I’ll mention it to her. I’ve been doing the audio meditations and mindful movement here and on my own and I can let muscles go briefly if I really focus on my body weight but they tighten right back up. I’ve tried gabapentin, CBD, THC, LDN, magnesium. I go to a manual therapist who does vagus nerve work, craniosacral therapy, and other modalities. Nothing has helped. What haven’t I tried that might be worth looking into?
